We gather not only to celebrate diversity but also to promote inclusivity, acceptance, and love for all. This Pride Carnival is a testament to the strength, resilience, and unity of the LGBTQAI+ family. At VR Nagpur, we believe in the power of community and the importance of creating safe spaces where everyone can express their true selves.
As we embark on this joyous journey, let's embrace the spirit of pride with open hearts and minds. Let us celebrate each performance, each story, and each voice with the enthusiasm and respect they deserve.
The event saw an overwhelming response, with over 200 members from the LGBTQAI+ community and more than 800 attendees joining in the celebrations. The support and energy from everyone present have been truly heartwarming and inspiring.
VR Nagpur hosted a vibrant and colorful pride parade, followed by marvelous dance performances and a fashion show by members of the community. The event also included discussions on safety and security, as well as day-to-day life acceptance for LGBTQAI+ individuals and a live musical band. The celebrations concluded with a spectacular dropping of 5,000+ colorful balloons in honor of all the attendees.
